I recently quit due to the unfair scheduling and treatment by front end manager and leads . when they have a person problem with you the service lead schedule you one or two days or less hours.

But the employees they favor the most get more hours and others associates are quitting like crazy because you cant talk to front end manager with being threaten to be remove off the schedule or your job being threaten. I feel no associates should have to deal with this type of behavior from the management team that respresent winn dixe bio holdings.

or being told its nothing the store director or assistant manger or Hr can do. so I decided to leave left in tears but its ok for a lead to take matters in their own hand,sounds like personal discrimmation of others even the employees with special needs complaint how they are treated that's not right winn Dixie #0333 need to be address on how to treat employees equal....

Totally agree with every word you stated! I just allowed my 16 yr old son quit after horrible treatment and schedule discrimination he endured past 5 mos I.

That is very true. I had the same experience in the Okahumpka Florida store and they are the worst company to work for and the idiots that they make managers and store directors is a joke and their prices are ridiculous.
