I was. at Winn-Dixie yesterday(August 7, 2019).

and I bought the chicken(SE brand). that was on sale buy one get one free for 1299 a bag. when I went to check out the checkout person. ring up 6 bags and then she called the manager or she called another lady in the store which was Paige.

Paige came over.to register and voided off. two of the bags. chicken at 1299. well I only bought 4 bags, but they were buy one get one free I should have only been charged for two bags, however I still had a charge of 4 on my receipt.

therefore I went to the service desk. to have the extra 2 charges removed and Page was frowning up roll my eyes and having a problem because I wanted the bags to be removed the man at the service desk did not understand he thought that the two bags that already been removed and I explained to him that were still four charges on my receipt. Paige is in the background whispering to him and rolling her eyes at me. At this point I tell him just refund the entire amount and we can re-ring the whole bill to help them to understand what was going on.

Paige tells him that she would do the refund then tells me she needs me to give her back all the foods. I said its all here. Paige was refusing to give me a refund, she said that I had to unload and scan everything again on the conveyor belt. in order for her to refund my order and give me back my money All the while she's saying this she has moved the basket over for me to take all the groceries out.

I told her that I don't work for Winn-Dixie she does, and she needed to take it off or whatever she needed to do to refund my entire bill, Paige is rolling her eyes continuously and tells me that she waiting on me to un-bag all the groceries and you to put it up on the conveyor belt. I said to Paige, you know what you need to get your manager down here now. I'm not going to touch anything in the basket and I want my refund The manager came I told him I'm asking for a refund I don't have to unload this basket or do anything like that in order to get a refund all I want to do is refund my money back. Then Paige says, well you going to re-buy it back anyway to the manager and Paige is still over there huffing and puffing with the manager.

and when he tries to straighten out the situation and I let him know that really all I wanted was a refund for my money. and because they don't understand the purchases. and he says okay well and then he looks at Paige and asks do we have to put it on the conveyor belt, then Paige tells him no. I can go ahead and take the whole thing off he takes the receipt back to the service desk and at once take the whole receipt back and refund all my money which is exactly what she could have did in the first place she intentionally was trying to delay me cause aggravation and she doesn't need to continue working there she has no customer skills and she kept laughing with the other workers and the other cashiers as if she didn't care who knows that she was rolling her eyes and antagonizing me.

Since Paige continued rolling her eyes even while the manager was there he recognizes that all she was doing was trying to aggravate me. then the manager. did try calm down the situation, and he offered to do what he could to make things right and I told him that I was going to go and re- shop because I didn't want any of purchase at that point because too much was going on with it. Therefore I actually did, as hard as it was for me to do this I actually went back in the store and I repurchase the things that I had brought with the exception of maybe one or two items and my bill was just $60 as opposed to the original $89.

the difference was the 2 extra bags of chicken that had been charged om my original receipt. Paige was rude and unnecessarily started. antagonizing me and was very discouraging to me the customer and it was totally unnecessary.

I ask for a refund of my money that's it. she knew that she could refund the whole bill all the time now because I'm asking for refund of everything that she acts like she's going to make me work for her I don't work at Winn-Dixie and I will shop at Winn-Dixie again but I will not be at that store anymore and I'm asking my friends as well not to go there until something needs to be done Paige needs to be removed from the job, she proved that she doesn't want to work.
